Hi All,
does anyone know of any discount codes or anything for Enterprise car Hire, Or any other car hire company?
We are going on holiday to Scotland (From manchester) in January and I'm looking for a good deal for car hire for 10 days.

Hi guys,

I always find that the best way to get a cheap car is to hire the cheapest car possible, before you go.
Then, when you get to the car hire office, you'll notice that they'll try to sell you an upgrade. This is the point to start your haggling as the boys are desperate for the sale as it increases their commission.

A word of warning though. If you require a specialist car, e.g. a SUV or something "more exclusive", you'd be better reserving it in advance.

I have just reserved a said model for £250 with Holiday Rentacar for one week in January. I'm going skiing and didn't fancy a standard car whilst driving around in snowy Montreal!!

just wanted to let people know that i used the offer with enterprise for 2 weeks over xmas and new year and got a less than a half price car hire. they picked me up from the airport (airport locations not included in the offer), let me return it to the airport saving me a taxi fare, and tried to upgrade the car for free! very impressed with enterprise, only problem is the 600 pounds excess.
