Unarranged overdraft fees student account

Hi there,

I am a 20 year old student who is currently banking with santander.
I recently found out I had a charge of £55 after mistakenly going into my unarranged overdraft by £15. I did not know I had made this payment and so only found out about it when I recieved my statement.

My problem is that I am in extreme financial difficulty. I have no income at all until I get my student loan in september unless I can find a job in the summer. My student loan only covers my rent due to them messing up my loan for this year so I have had to live off food parcels from my parents.

I explained to santander that due to having no income there is no possible way I can pay the charges, but they only agreed to remove £25 of the charges.

I don't know how I'm going to get the money to pay it, I can't borrow the money off my parents because they are in financial difficulty due to my father being ill and off work, and santander are going to continue charging me if I don't pay them £30 by the 6th June.

Is there any way I can get them to remove the charges?

Please help I am desperate :(

Thanks,

Bekboo
