I think he means render rendering as plaster wouldn't last two minutes in the rain. Unless its the outside wall but in a garage?I'm not poor i'm just skint0

Sorry I don't know the tech term for it but it maybe rendering (putting cement mix on a small area of the outside wall - underneath the big vestibule window :-) thnx0

I hope you told your handyman that it's 'outside plastering' (i.e. rendering), as the materials required are rather different!No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Yes, a very reasonable charge, but it's not plastering-it is rendering.
