How long is a piece of string? Depends on several factors coming such as windows, doors, insulation, fuel type for heating, appliances used, number of showers etc etc
In my 2 bed terrace from the 40s which had druaghty double glazing, a hole in the roof above the boiler and dodgy front door, we paid something like £30 a month for gas for the heating (but it was always cold still) and £10 a month for the electric, add on inflation and price rises to roughly £40/£20 if you are careful with what you use. If you arent careful, the possible cost is unlimited.
Water, depends if you are metered or not, if you are not metered it depends where you are, in Lincolnshire for that type of house its roughly £30 a month I think, I am on a meter now in my newbuild and it is £18 a month on Anglian Water's 'SoLo' tarriff, which is cheaper for people who use 75cu/m (or ft cant remember) a year0
