Do you have to pay it in one lump sum? Or can you buy it off them using some sort of HP plan?0

I'm considering buying my Dads car at the end of his lease next month. It's a BMW X3, 2.0 SE x-drive with 30k miles. To buy from a BMW forecourt is £19k. Motability want £16k. I get one years warranty aswell. Good price. I know the car. Can't beat it really??
- do you mean buying your Dads car at the end of his lease from your Dad, who first must 'buy-back' from Motability ?
- or, do you mean buying your Dads car in your own name at the end of his lease direct from Motability ?Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem. I bought my 56 reg Ford focus LX at the end of the 3 year lease, I think they go alot by the mileage... I think mine had done approx 43000 miles and I paid them £5400 for it. For this I paid a £160 deposit and the rest has continued to be paid from DLA each 4 weeks0
