Not a problem.
If you know your paying ppi and you have reasons for being mis sold, you only actually require the account number anyway. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi
Was having a clear out the other day when I came across a statement from masterloan. The statement shows only payments over certain period, started 1999 - 2001. But what it does show is Insurance Premium £364.90 included in total loan.
Question is this to long ago or should I give it a bash?
Thanks for looking

If you feel it was missold for any reason then you can make a complaint going back as far as you feel fit. The problem is with some older loans that were not "banks" is the FOS jurisdiction issues if they fail to uphold it.leeingrove wrote: »Hi
