Going into respite care, do I need to notify DLA/ESA?

Hi everyone, looking for a little help if you can please. I posted a few days ago that I was going into respite care and I remember reading in my benefit award letters that if anything changes, you MUST tell them straight away. I don't want to get in trouble for whatever reason and was wondering if I need to tell them I'm going away for a while? I don't want to cause problems for myself but I do like to be honest. If you need more information, you can find it here in my other post from earlier: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3237820=
Many thanks

If you're talking about a week away as mentioned in your other thread, you don't have to notify anyone about it.0
