Please help me check this Xmas meal menu

Options
We're having our Xmas meal on Tuesday.

Here's the menu I've come up with for 6-8 people.

Roast Turkey
Mini sausages
Roast Potatoes
Crock Pot Baked Spiced Red Cabbage & Apples/Pears
Glazed Carrots
Roast Parsnips
Roasted Brussels Sprouts!
Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce
Gravy
White sauce
Xmas pudding
Custard
Cream
Coffee
Juices/wine

Xmas crackers

Have I missed anything?

I'm not English so I'm always a bit nervous about what should be on the menu.

thanks!

What about a selection of cheeses and biscuits?
I also like the sausages wrapped in bacon and pork and chesnut stuffing with our xmas meal!!!!

We always have breadsauce to go with turkey. Roasted sprouts sound nice how do you do them npsmama. Also i usually do an alternative to christmas pudding as not everyone likes it. I usually do a chocolate steamed pudding and a fresh fruit dessert. Think you have got everything you need on your list.Well done.

Oh yes, bread sauce and stuffing!! Thanks!

The mini sausages are really good ones so we're having those instead of the bacon wrapped ones.

Cheese and biscuits - good idea - I'll add them to the list. One of the guests is bringing gooseberry fool so that'll be a non-pudding alternative.

I've amended my menu in the original post.

Now I need to work out a time plan.

Things I can prepare in advance (ie today and tomorrow):
    - peel sprouts
    - peel carrots
    - prepare red cabbage mixture
    - make custard
    - make bread sauce
    - Mkae stuffing
    - make cranberry sauce

The Roasted Sprouts is a new one for me. I found the recipe at https://www.recipezaar.com (FANTASTIC site BTW). It had 124 5 star reviews so I thought it can't be too bad!

As I need to work out the shopping list I'll post it here as it might help someone else ;-)

I see you have roasted parsnips on the list..mmm which I love..have you tried drizzling a little honey over them when roasting?

Chestnuts with the brussels go down well in our house.

A definite for my husband is bread sauce.

The minimum for a cheese board should be a hard cheese (like cheddar) a blue cheese (like Stilton) a soft cheese (like Brie) and a coloured cheese like Red Leicester.

I always like to offer grapes with a cheese board as wel.
