unauthorised credit card transaction - A&L

This has happened to me as well, very scary.
I received my credit card statement from Lloyds TSB with an amount of £167.00 debited from my account.
I contacted my bank immediately to enquire what the transaction was for, I had not made a purchase for this amount, - never heard of the company! informed them this was a fraudulant transaction and cancelled my card straight away, apparently they will send me forms to complete within the next 10 days.
Fingers crossed will be reimbursed this amount soon.0
