Try not to worry folks, even recently made complaints are being looked into, so it does not mean you will be waiting for the older ones to be dealt with first.
They have all obviously taken on lots of extra staff to deal with them.

I know there have been successful via Lloyds with someone who made a reclaim complaint 8 weeks ago and was upheld last week, so all will be revealed soon folks, the best of luck.

Thanks. The 4-5 weeks I was quoted off the record last week sounds about right for the claim I submitted in Feb 2011 looking at that timescale then.

I heard today about one of them, they told me I had missed the complaint reason off the form. Not in the form I sent I hadn't, not in the form the woman on the phone read back to me on the phone it wasn't either. Last I heard she was marching down to the PPI dept to ask them what on earth they were playing at with another copy of the same questionnaire in case they had lost one of the pages. Amazing what an email to the CEO does lol.

Nice one. Glad to see that Lloyds are dealing with complaints efficiently now since change of CEO. Perhaps they all need a change of CEO!!

Congratulations - nice to hear that things are moving.

I'm still waiting on BH. Submitted mine Oct 2010. They said that it would be 14 days - that was 2 weeks ago. I called yesterday only to be told that we should never have been told that and they couldn't give a timescale.

So, I sent an email to the CEO and someone emailed me back looking for more information. I've not heard anything back yet.

Fingers and toes crossed that I'll hear tomorrow.

    Well done again :T
