Hi,
I've never made an international call in my life so have no idea what it costs from a mobile (I'm on 3) or a BT line... To call Sweden, what's the cheapest thing to do?
Thanks

The MSE International Callchecker shows details of 3 'gateway' providers charging ½p per minute to call Sweden from a BT residential landline via 0844 numbers.
Budgetcom 0844 200 4040
Telesavers 0844 200 7575
Telestunt 0844 200 2020Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
If you have inclusive x-net minutes on 3 you can use https://www.pre-dial.com (click on free destination list ) 07730 666 890 Gateway Number to make inclusive calls to Sweden, Evening and Weekends.
Dont call 0844 gateway numbers from your mobile its expensive.0
