Transferring songs from iPod Touch to iPod Shuffle

I have an iPod Touch, which I have bought some albums from iTunes. As I am now starting to do power walking, I bought an iPod Shuffle. The thing is how to I transfer songs from my Touch to my Shuffle without splashing out on paying for the songs again?

You bought the songs thru iTunes?
You Sync'd them to the Touch with iTunes?
Assuming you still have iTunes on your PC, I'd say merely Sync the Shuffle to your current iTunes library....0
