Just been online to look at your latest tafiffs and I noted that at the bottom of your list (when you click switch now) it states that
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 5%
And then when you have your bill VAT at 5% is worked again on top of the prices? Can you please explain this to me?
Sorry if I am just being "thick" here?
Was being thick and all sorted now thanks to Cardew!!!

The prices shown on their website were VAT inclusive, on my bill they are VAT exclusive and VAT is added at the end. e.g. electricity was, say, 10.50p per kWh on the website. On my bill it was shown as 10.00p per kWh and then 5% VAT added to the total e.g. Your useage = £100, VAT @ 5% = £5 Total £1050
