Please i really need some help !!! :(

Hiya

My partner and I are having some major issues with HSBC. My wages and his will always show up on pending transactions, we are due to be paid today so they should have showed yesterday. Well this didn't happen so i phoned HSBC and they said speak with employer. Spoke with employer there are adamant they sent it. Showed us payslips etc, back to HSBC. HSBC saying no we don't have it your employers fault. So while im stuck in the middle my overdraft is getting rinsed with rent, bills, etc more then likely will go over , i have already extended it with the bank to cover this mess !!! Ill get charged if it goes over the overdraft.

I dont know what to do :(

I'd ask your employer to check where the payment has gone. I believe they can track BACS payments. Try not to panic in the meantime. You mention major issues. If this is it, then don't worry, however if you're talking about other issues, you might want to elaborate.
