Hi
Can any kind person tell me if it's possible to keep my original online name? I forgot my password and the email address I used is no longer available to me as it was a former workplace.
Many thanks,
Dee

Hi,
found this in FAQ's, might help.
What if I change my e-mail address? Back to Top
You can remove your old address by doing the same as in the question "How do I stop getting the email?" above then entering your new email address, ticking the "Get It" button and clicking "Go".
If this doesn't work, you can contact webmaster@moneysavingexpert.com and request the change. Please ensure you include the original e-mail address in the message.
How do I stop getting / unsubscribe from the email? Back to Top
It’s a very simple process, but here’s an explanation just in case.- Go to the box at the top of this page saying 'Get MoneySavingExpert's Free Weekly Tips'
- Put your email in the 'Enter email address' section
- Select 'STOP IT'
- Click 'GO'
