Monthly International Transfers - Canada to UK

I'm moving from the UK to Canada in the next two weeks, but I need to keep making student loan repayments from a UK bank account (this is a requirement set by the student loans company).

I need to transfer around £150/month (which at time of writing is around $235 CAD). Does anyone know what the most cost effective way of doing this would be?

I checked the Foreign Currency Exchange article on Money Saving Expert, but it seemed more focussed on individual money transfers rather than regular payments. I'd really like to automate the process if possible, but still get a decent rate.

Many thanks in advance for any responses. :)
