Bit of a shock really,(but quite pleased) boss rang me yesterday to say shop is closing in july this year, I am curently on maternity leave untill the middle of september. i used to work 15 hours a week
dose anyone know if i am entiled to anything from the company? holiday pay?(holidays run from april to april 11days a year not taken any this year) my contract says there there is a weeks notice for both parties so will i get a weeks wage? not sure i am entiled to anything because of beein on mat leave
boss can be a bit of a beep at times and will fight tooth n nail to not give people the money even if its owed to them (one of the many reasons i am pleased)
thanks in advance
eddited to say i am on maternity alowence rather than smp if that makes a diffrence, i worked for them since feb 2007, company moved prenices jan 2010 and officially changed its name july 2010 altho no owensership changed still employedby samepeople.

You have 4 full years service so entitled to
4 weeks notice( I think they need to pay this even though on maternity but would need to check * yes they do see below.)
Redundancy based on 4 years service is 4 weeks pay (capped at £400) with extra if over 41 less if some was under 22.
How have they worked out your normal holiday to get 11 days? its probably about right but they might have rounded incorrectly.
eg if you work 2 days it should be 11.2 minimum.
You acrue holiday while on maternity so they should be paying something like 3(ish) days
