Saying it freezes is ok, but they'll probably just say they'll change it for another copy rather than refund you for it.
Mind you, if you then get a wrapped copy, then maybe take the wrapped copy back and say you got the wrong game and would like to change it for something else.matched betting: £879.63

I took the game back(well my g/f did) and they took it fine. I did say it was freezing when it wasn't but why should I feel any guilt when the company wont lose any actual money on it and even if they did I am quite sure I wont be losing any sleep knowing how many millions in profit they make a year. Some folk are just so goody two shoes it's unreal :j0
