Neteller Prepaid Mastercard Problems

Has anyone got any thoughts on this please. I got a Neteller prepaid mastercard purely to purchase Ryanair flights.

The very first transaction I did worked perfectly.

I am now trying to purchase some more flights but when I try to load my Neteller card with money using my debit card it has been declined.

Neteller say it is because my bank is declining to pay but my bank categorically deny that they are stopping the transfer of money.

Neteller suggest that I use a bank transfer instead but that can take up to 5 working days apparently and by then of course the flights may well have risen in price and to boot my logic is this - if my bank account is refusing to transfer my cash (as Neteller tells me it is) then why would they allow a bank transfer to the same company?

I think someone is not being entirely truthful about things here and maybe it would be more prudent to try another prepaid card.

Any thoughts anyone?
