Residential Disable Bays

H I have a nightmare neighbours who basically the madest, most selfcentre pair of 60 years old you could meet.
They rent the house next to us which is brand new as we are a new developement which hasn't been odopted by the council yet.
Basically there drive is next to their front door and they have one car. We have a drive at the back of our house and have a car each so one is kept outside are house. They constantly park within inches of are car part outside their house as they have a visitor eevery two months (but in there words they have people from all over the country visiting them) If they go out the sometimes park their bikes in the road to stop people parking there!
They have even rammed are car which we have photos of. They are now saying because he has a blue badge is having a disabled bay paint outside both are houses. After I parked outside his house and told him to stop boxing my pregnant partners car in.
Can he seriously get one when he has a purpose made driveway that is kept empty?

As far as i know even when the road is adopted they wont get a disabled bay because they have a driveway.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

Thats what I thought common sense woud suggest that he must use his drive.
I don't mind we have drawn chalk lines and so far they park up to them and their drive is still completely clear for the thousands of visitors.0 -
Keep a log of their anti-social behaviour

Check on the website for your local council, who will allocate or not the painting of bays. Even if you live on a private gated complex the local bye-laws still apply.

as they have a drive then NO they wont get a disabled bay painted outside.. as they have unobstructed access in and out..
move said bikes and park there..

If they do get a badge bay find someone else with a badge and get them to park in it, that will really !!!! them off
