Same here. What a load of absolute twaddle. I presume the live stock count was totally inaccurate then? That they chose to promote something they had low stocks of? I also presume the batteries won't magically reappear on the site before too long.

Using the old - no stock get out of jail free card. Why not be honest and say "Sorry, we f***ed up". Maggots.

Was likely to be a mistake (strange it was also a mistake in the email?) but you never know with some places like aria doing things for 1p legitimately.

folks ive had the same email saying they have oversold which we all know is a total lie they were never going to sell these batterys at 20p each the packaging costs more !! i have emailed them back saying when i ordered there were plenty in stock so they better honor my order .. in my next email i suggest we threaten them with TS and whoever else that can help on this matter
