Home insurance and landlords insurance

Hello all, long time lurker but first time poster, so firstly thank you too all for the advice you share.

Anyway a quick question, does anybody know of any insurance company that offers home insurance AND landlord insurance?
Reason for this is my home insurance is up for renewal in the next week, so I need to obviously renew it, but in the next 2 months I will be renting my property out through a letting agent and then I require landlords insurance. I don't want to get 2 policies on my house (don't know whether you can do that anyway..?). I simply wnat to take the home insurance now and then when the time comes to transfer it over to the landlords insurance (paying the neccessary additional premiums).

Many thanks
