Refund for INR

I had three INRs from the same seller, the total came to £25.60. I thought paymennt protection covered the item cost plus P&P. So far I've had 3p for one item and 7p for another (both cost more than that and had individual P&P of £5.00). The third case, escalated at the same time is still open. Ebay state other cases are closed and full refund has been given. Anyone have any advice on how to proceed with this?:mad:

Paypal don't give you any money when you refund for a INR, except your fees, maybe that's what you saw.
You get compensation from royal mail (or courier), not paypal.
Payment protection will protect you against chargebacks, not INRs, and only if you qualify (post within 7 days, have online tracking etc).[/STRIKE]

It looks as though the OP is the buyer, they bought £25.60 of goods, from 1 seller none of the items arrived.
OP if you didn't receive items then you should receive a full refund of cost including postage.

The way I am reading it is, OP has opened 3 INR cases against the same seller.
They have been refunded 3p and 7p for the two now closed cases and one case is still open.
eBay are saying that full refunds have been given for two closed cases.

As long as the items were eligible then you are due full refunds. You won't get anywhere by guesswork, you will need to phone eBay and clarify.

Thanks. I phoned ebay and got passed from pillar to post until I was eventually cut off. I received an email saying we are pleased to inform you we intend to refund the full amount but nothing to say that it's actually been done so I'm currently 7p in credit on an origianl payment of £25.06. Do ebay ban traders who have a certain number of cases against them?
