BOS Ultimate Reward Cover query

I would like a little advice and/or opinions to see if I'm being unreasonable.
I have Ultimate Reward Cover with my Bank of Scotland bank of account.
One of the key benefits is Home emergency cover. (covered up to £250). Pretty reasonable in my opinion.
Late last Wednesday 18th May 2011, I noticed the heating and hot water wasn't working at home. On Thursday morning I called the number on the card and informed them of the situation. I was hoping to have someone out on the Thursday but was told the earliest I could have a heating engineer out was Friday between 8-5pm. I took the Friday off work and luckily an engineer appeared around 9am.
He took about an hour checking the combi boiler and came to the conclusion it needed a part. He advised the earliest this part would be Monday or Tuesday. I was a tad irritated that I would have to go a full weekend without heating or hot water. I received a call on Tuesday (yesterday) advising that the part will not be available until Wednesday between 8am-5pm as before.
Am I being unreasonable to think this is an awful long time to be expected to go without heating or hot water?

Got it fixed this morning. Perhaps I was moaning about nothing. Thank god it wasn't winter here in Scotland.0
