At the beginning of November they had a sale that they couldn't handle. Numerous people contacted them and by the sounds of it were quite nasty to them. Me, I waited patiently for my order and then waited patiently again for a refund when not everything arrived. I'm still waiting despite 3 emails and a PM on a board they have been posting MORE sale information on. I refuse to pay a ridiculous amount of money phoning from my mobile. Needless to say I will never use them again.

I had heard that they are having problems with their email system. I belong to another craft forum for which they are sponsor, so I know from the other Ladies that they too had problems but Purple planet are trying their best to resolve these. I'm not making excuses for them, just saying that they are dealing with these issues, just keep emailing them.
