Hi all

This is the first time I need to 'switch' as when I first signed up to nPower Sign Online 18 it was the first time I've ever paid gas & electric! :)

I have recieved my letter saying my tariff ends on 30th June and I'll be put onto the Go Save tariff. I've used uSwitch and it's saying my cheapest option will be nPower Sign Online 22 (£37 a year more expensive...).

My question is do I need to switch this now online and it will be done in time for 30th June, or as I'd be staying with nPower this would be done straight away (if so would I pay exit fee's??) Also, my annual discount (£100 for paying by direct debit) be affected at all?

Thanks for your help!
