On JSA - have to pay myself a dividend ?

Had my own business, no work since end of 2009, lived off profits until end of Jan 11 when I had no money left in the business, closed bank accounts and advised Accountant to make it dormant and strike it off once 2010-11 Accounts were done.
Went on Contribution Based JSA from Feb - submitted everything to JSA to do with the Company and my claim was accepted..........Accountant has just informed me while doing annual accounts, that I now have a Corporation Tax refund of £1,300 !!
Have to open a new business bank account to pay in the refund cheque, take the money out via a Dividend and close the account immediately so Companies House can strike off the company.
Phoned DWP and they believe that I don't have to inform them of this payment, but have referred it higher up - thoughts anyone ???
I guess its classed the same as Interest on bank accounts as I haven't done any work and it's not being paid via PAYE ???

You'll be fine, don't worry about it, shouldn't affect anything.Per Mare Per Terram0
