Problem downloading updates

I do not seem to be able to download updates for my AV. I get this message, unable to connect to the internet,updates uncuccessful. I have just tried to update and get the message werI have got the newer version and again when I checked the trend micro website the patter file is 392. and mine is 391. Something is not quite right here. I am using Pc-cillin internet security 2007. In my logs, it showed two attempts to update was unsucessful. Should I be worried? Thanks

Well if this is the same registered to another user copy from ebay that you have mentioned in another thread, it will probably not let you download updates.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Thanks, it did let me update yesterday. I think, you can use this AV on three computers. It says on the registration screen I am the second user. will be keeping off e-bay in the future.0
