Balance transfer

Hi, i recently applied for the Barclaycard 0% over 20months so i could transfer my balance on my credit card over to the Barclaycard to try and reduce the amount without paying any interest to help me get the amount paid off quicker. Barclaycard said i need to be earning over £20,000 per annum. I do work full time but my salary is not enough, has anyone else had this problem if so have you managed to get around it?

They tell you this on the 'best suited for' section for the product on their website. Doing some research first would have avoided a wasted credit search.

Assemble a shortlist of cards, then carry out some research as to eligibility criteria (min income, existing debt level, etc). Many cards only require a £10K income (from memory, the Post Office card requires only £8K).

Thank you very much for your help. I didnt realise it said this as i done it quickly at work and didnt check out the income bit. I will look at this in future. Thanks again.
