Can't you list the codes elsewhere and then just refer to the cell that holds the code rather than the code itself?
Assuming your codes are in column K, you could have :-
=SUMPRODUCT(1*('G:\Time Sheets\Dave Goodhand\[Timesheet Period Ending 010511 DG.xls]Week 2'!A1:U69=K1))
That way, assuming your codes are in the right order, you could copy the formula to wherever it was needed.:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
