Problem with Hotmail and Yahoo

I've been having a problem with Hotmail and Yahoo since yesterday.
I keep getting a lot of intermitent advertising on the left hand side of the screen (where the folders are), which is very annoying.
Any tips?

if using FF, use the NoScript addon and Adblock Plus ////BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? :shocked: OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!

Basically as above, switch browsers. Can import your bookmarks into Firefox, and use Adblock Plus (with something like Easy List subscription).
If you want to stick with IE (assuming), then Simple Adblock is an option, but only blocks 200 ads a day apparently
