made redundant due to relocation now delayed

I went on maternity leave in March and was made redundant from end of July due to relocation.
Have just found out that relocation delayed until September, does the firm have to change date of redundancy?

    Probably wise too.

If they are reducing staff in advance of closure then they may be able to include you.
But matrernaty probaly not wise in case the closure is extended again and you could have come back.

    Needs an expert on maternity/redundancy

From your point of view does in make any difference to total renumeration. I thought they would have had to pay you maternity anyway. so just a bit of service and accrued holidays to add on.
