Changing my ebay page
Comments
-
My quip is that I buy and sell equally so want to see ALL activity on one page for buying and selling (and watching).
.
I know its going slightley off topic but I have followed the advice of others here and have 2 Ebay accounts, one buying and one selling. It helps to stop problems if you raise a compaint against a seller as they could wreck your account by buying back off you (lots of advise about this on the forum)0 -

Yeah, it's a good idea. However, I tend to block someone if I have to raise a dispute for that reason ;-)0 -

i hate this new layout as well very frustrating.
does anyone know how you delete an item from your recently purchased list?
i like to keep it tidy and delete things when the transaction is complete and feedback left but the little tick boxes and delete button have vanished0 -

When I spoke to live chat today I was told.
' the option to delete the purchased item is no longer possible. The item will automatically removed in three years rolling period, But, you have the option to select a time period to choose only a number of purchases that you wish to view.
Note that in the coming months, more modules will help the buyer see what items he may want to act on right away, such as those that are ending soon, those that have a sale price that is about to end, and those listings that have a quantity that has dropped to a low level. Just as Selling Manager Summary is exclusively designed for sellers, the My eBay Summary page is now designed for buyers.

They have removed the All Buying page & removed the ability to customise the My Ebay page.
You now cannot have Bidding, Won, Watching, Didn't Win items on same page.
Also you cannot customise how many items are shown in each category, it's limited to 15 items.
The only possible reason is the speed & performance of web page loads.
Typically the ebay announcement is a classic example of spin, telling you things they have done, not telling you of things they have removed, what a joke.

Ebay are driving me crazy. My sold page on my shop has changed format. Can't bulk email customers or use the page at all.
Connacted ebay this morning on chat (what a waste of time!).
They say the page has been improved HOW? and patronisingly said I would get used to it.
Had another go.............. it really is rubbish.
Why do I pay ebay so much in fees and shop subscription!
Plus they changed it with out telling me, so I thought I had done something wrong and spent ages trying to fix it.
HELLLLLLLLLLLLP0
