Address For B. Gas Complaint Dept
Hi, sorry I'm sure this must already be on the site somewhere but I've not been able to find it! Does anyone have an address for the Complaints Department at British Gas? I've emailed several times and received useless emails back and received a phone call, even more useless! I've asked for compensation for four missed appointments but have heard nothing, also my meter has still not been checked despite being told it had a safety fault last October! The person who phoned told me to forget about it as it seems to be working ok!! I can't find an address on B.Gas' website just email and phone details.

Hi, does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the complaints procedure for BG? I raised a complaint weeks ago and the response that I have received has gone from the sublime to downright insulting.
I would also like the name of the CEO if anyone is priveledged enough to know it?

Without too much offence, who told you it was faulty? I'd immagine it's most likely to be a meter reader and, by and large, meter readers are guys with clipboards who know how to find the readings (there are exceptions, but generally not), but very little idea about how a meter actually works. It's unfortunately far too common for them to tell people that something is wrong with the meter when actually they don't have a clue. I'd be much more likely to believe a company's complaints department than someone who's most likely an untrained bloke who's guessing...I am an employee of British Gas, however the views expressed on this post are mine and do not necessarily reflect the views of Centrica, its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.0
