Mortgage application turned down

Hi all, new to forum.

I came here looking for help in finding a more lenient mortgage for poor credit history after just being declined AIP from building society. I am very interested in finding out the company that grogsy and gms speak of. Can anyone help by messaging me with the information?

Hi, congrats OP on getting your mortgage accepted with Santander - we will hopefully hear back from them regarding getting a mortgage on wed after being previously declined 3 times by Halifax due to (we think) having one settled 5 year old default.

Would anyone be able to message me with details of these lenders available to brokers that grogsy & gsm mentioned. I am starting to have little faith in our mortgage broker seeing as he hasn't mentioned anything about these?
