it's a FTB mortgage, no other adverse at all, a stupid mistake in taking advice on the bank charges fiasco. Lesson learnt.

If its any consolation there are thousands of people who tried to reclaim, had overdrafts called in and defaults/CCJ's put in place. Lesson learnt and all that.

It's worth bearing mind a lender which does not credit score still vets its applications and carries out credit checks. It will be a human being who decides on the outcome of an application, rather than a computer.
