I bought a new simplicity SIM card on 3 yesterday.
I tried visiting one of the forums I'm a member of and it was blocked.
The forum wasn't even harmful in any way.
I think you can remove the content lock but you have to call customer service.0 -

to turn off the 'filter'
change your APN to "3internet" (no quotes)
leave the username and password blank
and leave everything else as automatic
there is no need to change the DNS settings
note to use the mobile.three.co.uk website to check your ballance you have to use the 'filtered' "3" APN setting (no username no password)0
