    With my catalogue, you NEVER have paperwork to sign and the little space on the handheld terminal that is proffered for the second or so it takes to get a signature doesn't have space to add 'unexamined', 'packaging damaged' or any way to check whether you are signing away any DSR rights.
    I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    I have sent a letter today (recorded delivery) challenging their decision and will update you all when I get a reply!

    Had a call this afternoon from the Electrical Aftersales department.

    Offering me a discount on the "broked" tv. They offered £240.00 off which I turned down and told them I wanted a replacement. They agreed.

    After a little contemplation I advised them that I no longer wanted the television and will look at purchasing one once this whole problem is over!

    Still a little uncertain about it all. Will be alot happier once the "broked" TV has been collected and the is made to my account!!!
