Travel Insurance + Pregnancy?

The wife is 3 months pregnant and we don't have current travel insurance yet for a trip to spain in 2 weeks time.
Have had a quick search around and found some great deals, but none of them mention pregnancy as an "existing medical condition" or anything (Have read loads of small print and still no clarification).
We just want to make sure all bases are covered just in case.
Can anyone shed any light / personal experience?
Thanks!

You should be fine but as always check with the insurer. There may be some restrictions depending on her medical history (if any) and "how far gone" she is.0
