Energysmart with Online Saver 4. That's the british gas version of what you want. However, whether they are the cheapest in the area for yourself for what you want, I don't know as pricing depends on where ya live!
If you do go BG though - Energysmart is what you want. I'm not sure what it's equivalent is with other companies although I don't doubt that they do have one! Anyone else know?Let us create a better world for the next generation.

You can, of course, do this yourself with every supplier on their standard tariff. Doesn't meet the 'cheap' criterion, though.
Alternatively you could take out a monthly direct debit tariff and make additional top-ups to maintain your balance.0
