Can anyone recommend some good quality yet reasonably priced Villa hire websites, or do you know anyone who lets out a villa?

I can recommend DJWrental . com . I've used them a few times for Kissimmee, villas were clean and located just off the 192 beside Walmart. They also have villas on the Gulf Coast.

I recommend going to the dibb http://www.thedibb.co.uk/ where you will find many villa owners on the forums and some fantastic villas.

Can second richiep's recommendation for vrbo.com - used them several times for villas around kissimmee etc and always been pleased with where we ended up. It's a few years now since we've been, but certainly at the time i found it was possible to haggle a bit on price with the various owners. There's a large supply of properties in the area, many of which are very similar in terms of size,amenities etc, so particularly if you're not booking way in advance they are often keen to just get the places rented.
