How can anyone predict your fuel bills without even knowing how the house is to be heated?
BTW 2 solar PV panels will not make an economic solar system, you need 4 or 6 panels to give a resonable output-remember that the rest of the equipment and installation will cost exactly the same regardless of the number of panels. Are you sure it's not a solar hot water system?No free lunch, and no free laptop
