It seems odd that critical safety warning (ABS) would share a warning lamp with a relatively minor alert.

my brothers mondeo has it, the wheel sensors that are used for abs are multipurpose and also work the abs, i have seen quite a few cars like this but have been out of the industry for a while so cant think of many off the top of my head, although im sure my T5 volvo
was the same , abs and tc both rely on knowing the speed the wheels are turning at

You have two serrated rings behind the brake discs, they get clogged with brake dust which is magnetic and throw such faults, a quick wash with a hosepipe and a bit of pressure and wash out the brake dust from the callipers and ABS rings, once its fixed the light goes out on its own, if not you need a obdii scan to locate the faulty sensor, Quickfit of all people are quite good at fixing these things in a brake service.
