My sister earned £12k 2010/11, she told tax credits she would earn £14k, does anyone know the lumpsum amount due to her if any?

If she has completed her renewal tell her to give them a call and they should be able to tell her if any one off payments are due to her and also her new payment schedule. The difference is not massive so they may fall within the same 'income bracket' for the purpose of working out how much tax credits are due.

Perhaps you should go to SpecSavers, one little typo error, surely you have seen worse, do you really comment on all of them.

What a nice welcome you have provided to a relative MSE Forum newbie.

What was her award based on?

Was it definitely based on 2010-2011 earnings? and not the previous years earnings?

I don't know if you actually saw the original post before it was edited, but it wasn't "one little typo error", it was entirely unintelligible.

Perhaps I could have "wrapped some politeness" around my post, but I was just trying to get OP to fix it ASAP to save them having to bump when everyone ignored the post through not having the faintest idea what OP was on about.

Anyway, your assertion is that because I can spot such tiny errors, I need to go to SpecSavers? Do you know what they do there? They sell glasses. Which are for people with poor vision. By your own observation, my vision is just fine. Did you mean "somebody's been to SpecSavers", or did you mean "I guess I need to go to SpecSavers" or do you just spout whatever drivel pops into your head first? I guess that's why you had no problems reading the original version of the OP - obviously made perfect sense on planet paul....

What did she earn in 2009/10? Does she have kids/partner/disability?
