Just had another bill from BT, I signed up to BTBroadband package at end of March, it was supposed to be free for the first three months, I thought the BTrep had sorted it out last month and now I find I have another bill. What is going on?:(

I think what they do is bill you for the first three month's & then credit you with the three month's rental in the fourth month or something like that. IIRC that's what the did to me.0
