Gusto Dining Club - Does it exist?

I received several emails from the Gusto chain following making an online booking at the Newcastle restaurant last year. Earlier this year they sent an offer for a Gusto Dining Club card which entitles you to 40% off food when you book online through the dining club page. I signed up to this, it took nearly 2 months for the card to arrive. First time I attempted to book it was saying no bookings were available, and now the website doesn't even let you log in for the dining club.
Anyone else had similar problems? Or any success? Does the offer exist?
