cannot beleive what happened in the end yesterday:mad::mad::mad:
all contracts were released for exchange and our solicitor missed the time deadline!! no explanation or anything so sat waiting to see if anything gets done first thing, we are soooo mad about this and god only knows how everyone else is feeling whos involved in this too (the ftb's on our house and the couple who's house we're buying, i thought we'd gone with a really good solictors group but having my doubts now but will see how they do today before i start bad-mouthing them lol.
on as plus note got a lovely rebate from tax credits into my bank account so if everything goes pear shaped for tomorrow at least i have cancellation fee to pay removal company:eek:0 -

solicitor not even responding to e-mailss sent yesterday and this morning, spoke to ea who is liasing and getting everyone on board to exchange and she thinks it will happen today everyone waiting . . . probably on our solicitor!!!
oh finishing work early at lunchtime supposedly to help me finish packing but now has to rush over to solicitors to stick a broom up her backside!!!! to get her to get a wriggle on, put money on fact she'll be out to lunch!!! hopefully will av news later0 -

solicitor called about 30 minutes ago we've exchanged so can carry on packing now for completion tomorrow.
thanks all for your advice and calming words when i can honestly admit untilo half hour ago i have never been so stressed in all of my life!!!0 -
