hi to all,
was wondering if anyone out there has received there rewards notices i renewed on the 13th may and still waiting for mind ?

    I posted mine on 11/5/11 and haven't received mine through yet either.

    I renewed 4th May got provisional notice 9th may for this yesr. income wrong so called to get corrected.
    person spoke to on 16th may said renewal not processed and changed income for last year and this year. just shows that you should check everything.
    Still nothing as of today.. would just like it done and dusted ss im sure others on the forum feel the same.

    I posted my form off on 10th May.
    I haven't received any paperwork back yet but I had a small extra payment go in on Sunday (£36, I'm actually excited about it don't laugh) and my normal payment went in today but the amounts had increased by £7 a week :)

    You will probably get your paper work today. I posted my renewal forms off on 9th May and got both my finalisation paperwork for last year and my new award notice for this year yesterday. You renewed just one day after me so yours should arrive soon.

    Did u have any changes grom last year? As I renewed 5th may but still nothing. did have changes in income and childcare.

    i had income change have phoned today and have been told its par surely captured i was also told the same think last week ?

    Give them chance, they will be very busy, allow a month usually to get things through, especially at this time of year.
