Hi all well we changed our date from Monday to yesterday, i wanted it over with. We was in there 45min and out we turned up early(very early) but was ready to wait. I was shaking oh was very calm (always is and never worries unlike me!) we got ppwork checked and then they sent us home and said they will call us later here is our insol number and that was it!!
At 3 four hours after walking out they called to say i was bankrupt and will send ppl out to me that's it!
Not half as bad as i thought!!
Now is that the worse over?? Or is my interview at sometime next week the hard part?? What will the or ask? Do i need anything for the interview ?

Hi TOW, I'm pleased court went well. The OR interview is nothing to worry about, its just for the OR to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. If you have not sent off your bank/credit statements have them to hand. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask. Let us know how you get on.
