Neff Indoor BBQ fitting?

When we moved in a few months ago we inherited a Neff indoor bbq which we haven't used yet as we don't know how to as there is no instruction book. Its gas, has reuseable (I think) coals and some sort of water container underneath and a tap to drain it presumably after the bbq is over. What I would like to find out if anyone knows is how to use it properly. Thanks.

You don't need to register just go to Neff and their manuals and type in:- N64K30
